My order from trustyourgut.shop showed up in really good shape. The box was clean, nothing was crushed or leaking, and everything inside was secure. I also liked that it wasn’t packed with a ridiculous amount of extra waste, just simple and done properly. Weirdly, I remember there was one tiny piece of tape folded over at the edge like a little tab, which made it easy to open. Overall, really happy with it and I’d order again.

I noticed a small difference after about two weeks, so it did work a bit. But for the price, it just didn’t feel like enough. The extra hype around it felt kind of unnecessary.

The ingredients seem really clean overall, which I like. It is just a little pricey for what it is.

After that, though, things calmed down and I’ve been tolerating it well. I haven’t had no bad side effects since, so I’m giving it 4 stars because it seems good so far, just took a little adjusting in the beginning...
